Alex Papadopoulos Korfiatis

Alex Papadopoulos Korfiatis is a seasoned machine learning research scientist with a robust academic background and extensive professional experience. Currently serving as a Senior Machine Learning Research Scientist at Genie AI since March 2023, Alex previously held the position of Senior Research Scientist at Babylon from January 2019 to December 2022. Prior roles include Research Engineer at Opus 2 from March 2017 to January 2019 and at Textensor from October 2016 to March 2017. Alex holds a PhD in Informatics and an MSc in Informatics from The University of Edinburgh, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
