Kranthi Sadimela

Kranthi Sadimela started their professional career as a Human Resources Assistant at PWOG Plant Engineering Pvt Ltd in October 2019 and remained in this position until July 2020. In April 2021, they joined RADISH CONSULTANTS as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, where they displayed expertise in handling client requirements, maintaining client satisfaction, utilizing LinkedIn and internal databases for candidate sourcing, and demonstrating strong IT recruiting knowledge. From April 2022 to May 2023, Kranthi served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at RADISH CONSULTANTS. Currently, they work at Genie Healthcare as a Healthcare Recruiter, starting from May 2023.

Kranthi Sadimela completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce, General from YPR Degree College from 2016 to 2019. They also obtained several additional certifications, including "Email and Newsletter Marketing Foundations" and "Tech Recruiting Foundations" from LinkedIn in January 2023.
