My Nghe Phan has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and communications industry. In 2007, they began their career as a Marketing Communications Specialist at Honda Vietnam. In 2011, they were promoted to Assistant Marketing Communications Manager at Hilton Hanoi Opera. In 2012, they moved to Emeralda Management Group as a Marketing Communications Manager. Finally, in 2013, they were appointed as a Business Development Manager at Geniee International Pte.Ltd.

My Nghe Phan holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Hanoi Open University.
