Matt Chapman

Matt Chapman is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in information technology management within the financial sector. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Genisys Credit Union since December 2018, Matt previously held the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer positions at Oxford Bank from August 2009 to December 2018, overseeing IT and data processing operations while also serving as the Information Security and Physical Security Officer. Matt's earlier roles include Vice President of Information Systems at Fentura Financial, where responsibility encompassed network and data processing management for a $600 million bank holding company, and Network Services Manager at LakeVille Community Schools, overseeing IT infrastructure for the school district. Academically, Matt holds a BS in Computer Technology and Information Technology from Central Michigan University and has furthered education at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and the Perry School of Banking.
