Esmeralda Herrera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, and coaching. Currently serving as a member of Global Women in VC and VC Lab, Esmeralda is also a partner for the Spanish-speaking market at Genius Group Limited, a leading global education group for entrepreneurs and businesses. As the founder of Academia del Bienestar, Esmeralda provides mentorship and coaching for startups and impact entrepreneurs. Esmeralda owns Austral Solutions, an international consultancy focused on supporting the internationalization of Chilean companies and developing economic strategies. With a background as a consultant for CORFO and expertise in innovation projects, Esmeralda has contributed significantly to various regional economic initiatives. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Marketing and Strategic Communication from TBS Education and a degree in Commercial Engineering from Universidad de Concepción.
