Sahid Cholayil

Sahid Cholayil is the Founder and Chairman of GENIUS GROUP GLOBAL, established in 2002, which includes the 3G Institute of Research & Policy Studies and various 3G Schools focused on Psychology, Artificial Intelligence, Entrepreneurship, and Finance, all headquartered at IIT Madras Research Park in Chennai, India. Additionally, Sahid Cholayil founded Mission 3G in 2010 and serves as Co-Chairman of the INDIA CEO FORUM since January 2018, as well as President of the 3G Institute of Research and Policy Studies since June 2016. Sahid Cholayil holds multiple advanced degrees including a Doctor of Education and Doctor of Philosophy from Universidad Azteca European Programmes, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration from the University of Atlanta. Further education includes several Master's degrees, including an MBA from both the University of Sussex and Mahatma Gandhi University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Arabic & Islamic History from the University of Calicut. In addition to academic qualifications, Sahid Cholayil is a certified career coach with various professional certifications completed in 2018 and 2020.
