Their most recent role is as a Translational Research Lead at Genmab, a biotechnology company focused on developing therapies for cancer patients. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Immuno-Oncology at Crown Bioscience, where they led in vitro activities for advancing oncology and immune-mediated inflammatory diseases. Before Crown Bioscience, Lidia worked at OcellO as both Senior Director and Head of Immuno-Oncology, responsible for corporate strategy, program development, and project coordination. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Biotechnology at Ghent University from 2005 to 2006.
