Lotte Groth Ladefoged

Lotte Groth Ladefoged is an accomplished professional in project management and research within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Project Management at Genmab since May 2018. Prior to this, Lotte held various roles at LEO Pharma, including Senior Project Leader for complex late-stage development projects since March 2016 and multiple positions in R&D project management from 2005 to 2016. Lotte's experience includes research scientist roles at Novo Nordisk and LEO Pharma, along with a postdoctoral position at Novo Nordisk. Lotte completed a PhD at Danmarks Farmaceutiske Universitet and is furthering expertise in project management through IPMA Project Management training.
