María José Vial de Amesti

María José Vial de Amesti has worked in two different companies. María José started their career in 2019 at Diario Financiero as the Director of Projects. In 2020, they moved to Genomawork as an Account Manager and Sales Manager. In this role, they used artificial intelligence to identify the personality, cognitive, and emotional traits of candidates and compare them to the best talent occupying a specific position in the company. Genomawork is a people analytics platform designed to hire the best talent and uses thousands of data generated from neuroscience-based games and other tests to make a predictive performance analysis.

María José Vial de Amesti attended the Universidad de los Andes (CL) from 2014 to 2019 and obtained a degree in Administration of Services. María José has also obtained additional certifications from HubSpot Academy, including Inbound (Nuevo), Inbound Marketing, and Software de ventas de HubSpot, in April 2021.
