Damilola Momodu is an accomplished Project Lead and Senior Scientist at Genoptic LED, specializing in novel hybrid materials synthesis and energy storage devices since February 2021. Damilola also serves as the R&D Project Director for a renewable energy electronic product. Previous roles include Senior Researcher at the University of Calgary, where Damilola co-investigated a graphene upscaling project for clean energy applications, and Princeton Review MCAT Specialist, teaching essential Physics concepts to medical students. Damilola's academic background includes a PhD in Physics from the University of Pretoria, a Masters in Materials Science and Engineering from the African University of Science and Technology, and a B.Sc. in Physics from Ahmadu Bello University. With extensive experience in applied physics, advanced materials research, and teaching, Damilola is an expert in renewable energy generation and storage.
