Kenneth Sheehan

Kenneth Sheehan serves as Counsel at Genova Burns LLC, where responsibilities include co-leading utility and regulatory practices in energy, clean energy, and other highly regulated industries. Prior experience encompasses roles such as Deputy General Counsel at the New York State Department of Public Service and Ombudsman at the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities. Kenneth has held significant leadership positions, including Chief of Staff and Chief Counsel at the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, managing legal divisions and supporting policy development. As a Partner at Bevan, Mosca & Giuditta, P.C., focus was on telecommunications and clean energy client representation. Kenneth’s extensive legal background includes serving as a Deputy Attorney General and Section Chief within the New Jersey Division of Law. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Rutgers Law School and a BA in American Studies from Saint Peter's University.
