Natalie Beach

Natalie Beach is an experienced Laboratory Technologist II at Genova Diagnostics since October 2020, responsible for processing and analyzing patient samples while monitoring quality controls and maintaining equipment. A Graduate Fellow at WNC Health Network from January to May 2024, Natalie collaborated on a Community Health Assessment Chapter focusing on Environmental Justice and updated content for regional public health communication. Previous experience includes serving as a Veterinary Assistant at Banfield Pet Hospital, where Natalie supported veterinarians and provided quality care to pets, and a Grading Assistant at North Carolina State University, where assignments and exams were graded for a Parasitology course. Additionally, an internship as an Arthropod Zoo Assistant Curator at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences involved leading live exhibit presentations and completing an Animal Handling course. Natalie holds a Master of Public Health from UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, expected in May 2025, and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from North Carolina State University.
