Lena Schroeder

Lena Schroeder is a Lecturer at Hochschule Weserbergland, teaching "Human Resource Management." As the Head of HR Strategy & Governance at Genoverband e.V., Lena is responsible for various strategic HRM issues. Lena also built a team of HR specialists and developed a project management structure for the HR department. Previously, Lena led branches at the Bundesagentur für Arbeit and worked as a Placement Consultant. Lena holds a Ph.D. in Economic Sciences and has a strong background in management and international affairs.
