Benjamin Bruneau started their work experience in 2003 as a Financial Auditor at Ernst & Young, where they handled auditorship missions for companies in various industries. In 2005, they joined Solvay as a Lead Internal Auditor, conducting operational and financial reviews of industrial sites and managing audit assignments. In 2007, they became the Financial Corporate Controller, responsible for forecasting and reporting the earnings of Rhodia Services. Benjamin then moved on to the role of Manager Investor Relation, where they prepared financial and operational presentations for financial markets and informed the management team about market perceptions. In 2011, they became the Global Market Financial Analyst at Novecare business unit and later took on the role of Europe Finance Director. In 2015, they became the Chief Financial Officer at genOway.

Benjamin Bruneau pursued their education at AgroParisTech from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an Engineering degree with a specialization in Economics and Marketing. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2001, they studied Biochemistry with a specialization in biotechnologies at Université des Sciences Paul Sabatier Toulouse and earned a Master's degree.
