Sanjana Yadav

Sanjana Yadav currently serves as Vice President of Global Learning and Development at Genpact since August 2017, leading the Learning and Development function for global sales, marketing, transitions, and growth operations teams. Previously, Sanjana held the role of Assistant Vice President, focusing on L&D program management for sales and transitions. Prior experience includes Senior Manager positions in training and development at both Interglobe Technologies Private Limited and Genpact LLC, where responsibilities encompassed developing training frameworks, facilitating learning processes, and enhancing associate performance through various training interventions. Additional experience includes managing training and operations for Nissan Motors in Juarez, Mexico, and roles at GE Capital. Sanjana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Home Science from Maharshi Dayanand Sarswati University.
