Vipin Gairola

Vipin Gairola is Genpact’s Global Operating Officer.

In this role, Vipin is responsible for all Genpact’s global operations, client service delivery across operations, and digital and technology services. A key part of his leadership role is driving continuous improvement and agility, increasing efficiency in the company’s growing operations, and optimizing data, AI, and technology enablement.

With over 26 years of experience, Vipin has worked across service delivery, account management, sales, transition, and solution development for large businesses with clients across markets and industries and established himself as a leader with exceptional business acumen and problem-solving skills.

Prior to joining Genpact in 2023, Vipin has been in leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Accenture for over two decades, responsible for driving overall business growth and strategy for operations, heading the mergers and acquisitions for Accenture operations, managing investments, and data and analytics solution and delivery, while seeding new businesses for accelerated growth.

Besides working with Accenture, Vipin worked with Asea Brown Boveri (ABB), a global heavy engineering company and HCL Tech, an IT major, helping many of the Fortune 500 clients design, set up, manage, and improve their large-scale operations across geographies and functions.

Vipin is passionate about workplace gender diversity and building workforce of the future that will have a good mix of AI and automation skills and enriched jobs for humans.

Vipin holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA in manufacturing management from SPJIMR College in Mumbai, India.
