Cheryl Evans

Cheryl Evans has been a business consultant for over 20 years, beginning in 2001 with Carnanco. In this role, they partnered with leadership teams to improve business processes through wholistic analysis. Cheryl also provided consulting to the Land Title Industry and was instrumental in the successful start-up and execution of 11 Title Insurance agencies. In 2004, they established Carnanco Land Transfer Inc. as an innovative, eco-friendly title insurance agency. In 2009, they became an Operations Manager for GenSight, a software as a service (SaaS) corporation. In 2021, they became the CEO & Licensed Title Agent of Zen Abstract, Inc., a full service Title Insurance Agency. Throughout their career, they have been able to improve efficiency, remain competitive, and increase profitability.

Cheryl Evans attended Montgomery County Community College from 1998 to 2000. Cheryl has also obtained two Qualia Certified User certifications from Qualia in July 2021 and a Pennsylvania Title Agent certification from the INSURANCE, PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF in May 2021.
