Luca Maffey

As Architectural Design Director, Luca leads Atlanta’s core and shell architecture practice with a focus on commercial office buildings, mixed-use, hospitality, and residential developments. With over 20 years of experience, Luca provides creative and strategic solutions for a wide range of clients and has led the design of notable projects in Atlanta and abroad. He enjoys mentoring, learning from younger professionals, and sharing his passion for design through public speaking engagements, design panels, and community outreach. Luca is an AIA International Associate and licensed with the Order of Architects, Landscape Planners and Conservators of Rome. He received his degree in Architecture from the Università di Roma La Sapienza.
