Ben Marshall

Ben Marshall has had a diverse work experience, primarily in the finance industry. Ben began their career in 2007 as an Analyst at Peter J. Solomon Company, where they worked until 2010. Ben then joined Genstar Capital as an Associate from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, they worked as an Analytics Strategy Intern at Wilshire Associates. Returning to Genstar Capital in 2014, they held various roles including Vice President from 2014 to 2019, Principal from 2017 to 2019, Director from 2019 to 2024, and currently holds the position of Managing Director from 2023 onwards.

Ben Marshall attended Duke University from 2003 to 2007, where they studied Economics. Ben then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Harvard Business School from 2012 to 2014.
