John Jenkins

John Jenkins is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy, technology, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as an Executive in Residence at Genstar Capital since November 2023, Jenkins also operates Jenkins & Co., providing advisory services and mentorship. Jenkins held the position of President at AWL, Inc., where leadership focused on advancing insurance distribution technology from January 2022 to October 2023. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Valassis, Vice President of Corporate Development at Magnite, and Vice President of Tech M&A at Jefferies. Jenkins' early career included pivotal positions at Adify, the U.S. Department of Treasury, and Flycast Communications. Jenkins holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.
