Mary Jo Schifsky

Mary Jo Schifsky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and education across various organizations. Currently serving as President of GenSync LLC since January 2016, Mary Jo focuses on optimizing workforce resources. Previous roles include MGS Education Coordinator at the Minnesota Gerontological Society, Business Development Officer at WomenVenture, and Community Faculty at Metropolitan State University. Mary Jo's earlier career includes executive management roles at Store To Door for Seniors and the Friends of Saint Paul College Foundation, as well as founding and managing Pickle Product Inc. Mary Jo holds an MBA in Marketing Management and a Master's in Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota, alongside other relevant qualifications.
