Katelyn Heston

Katelyn Heston, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at GenTech Associates, Inc. since February 2018. At GenTech, a provider of business solutions to the Federal Government, Heston oversees various service areas, including HR Outsourcing and Training. Prior to this role, Heston managed Midwest & International Recruitment for E-Discovery & Cybersecurity at TRU Staffing Partners, where recruitment efforts were focused on two prominent industry verticals. Heston has also held positions as a Senior Recruiter and Technical Recruiter, contributing to talent acquisition within the IT and Engineering sectors.
