Eric Evans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and process improvement across various industries. Currently serving as a Sr. Lean Process Engineer at Gentex Corp. since March 2023, Eric previously held the position of Regional Operations Manager at Lennox National Account Services where management responsibilities included oversight of 11 service branches, 12 direct reports, and a significant P&L. Eric's career also features roles at Lennox Commercial as Operations Manager and Order Fulfillment Lead, focusing on supply chain optimization and warehouse management. With a Six Sigma Black Belt from TAMKO, Eric has demonstrated expertise in enhancing productivity and reducing waste. Prior military service with the US Army includes key leadership roles in Special Forces and operational planning, showcasing a robust background in strategic operations.
