Amy Seibert

Amy Seibert serves as a Senior Program Manager at Gentex Corporation since June 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in program and project management across multiple organizations. Previously, as Director of the Project Management Office at Johnson Controls, Amy supervised the North America PMO for the Sensormatic Division and led innovative process optimizations. At Shiloh Industries, Amy established the Shiloh Women’s Resource Network, promoting diversity and inclusion, while also serving as Senior Manager of Program Management with a focus on global training initiatives. Prior roles include Director of Program Management at BENTELER Automotive and ZF TRW, where Amy contributed to business growth and resource planning. Amy began their career at TRW Automotive as a Program Manager for the Global Electronics division. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Madonna University and an Associate's degree from Schoolcraft College.
