Jennifer Lusa

Jennifer Lusa is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in internal audit and compliance. Currently serving as Finance Director of Internal Audit at Gentherm since January 2023, Jennifer previously held the role of Director of Internal Controls at Horizon Global from August 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, Jennifer spent over seven years at IAC Group in various leadership positions, including Director of Internal Audit, Compliance and SOX, and SOX Compliance Manager. Jennifer began their career at AAM as Manager of Internal Audit and KPMG as Audit Manager and Senior Associate. Educational credentials include a degree from Michigan State University.
