Kelly Banks

Kelly Banks is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Executive Director of Finance at Gentherm since July 2021. Prior roles include Strategic Finance Manager and Senior Finance Manager at GE Aviation, where responsibilities encompassed full P&L ownership for a $1B Repair Shop and managing a team to drive over $100M in cost reduction across multiple commodities. Prior to GE Aviation, Kelly held the position of CFO for Maternal Infant Care at GE Healthcare, overseeing a $300M business with full P&L responsibilities. Earlier experience includes serving as Finance Manager for a $200MM business segment at GE Intelligent Platforms. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Longwood University, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
