SVP - Quality / Security at Genuen

Paul Herrmann has had a long and varied career in the technology industry. Paul began their career in 1982 as a Staff Engineer at AlliedSignal Aerospace Company, where they designed hardware and software for ATE systems using FORTRAN, HPBASIC, and QuickBASIC. Paul also created software test plans and documentation, accuracy studies, budget forecasts, maintenance manuals, test specifications, calibrations, and operating procedures. In 1994, they became a Principal Engineer at BFGoodrich-JcAIR Test Systems Division, where they were responsible for hardware and software design of automated test equipment that tested embedded systems avionics for the Boeing 777 aircraft. Paul programmed in ATLAS language in a UNIX environment. In 2001, they became an Integration Software Test Lead at Sprint, where they were responsible for planning, executing, and reporting inter-application connectivity testing. In 2005, they became a Validation Engineer at CertTech contractor at GE Transportation, where they automated numerous manual tests using National Instrument's Test Stand and designed and integrated numerous automation cables to improve the ATE systems. In 2009, they joined Genuen as SVP - Quality / Security, and was later promoted to Senior Vice President & General Manager of the KC Regional Office. In this role, they were responsible for communicating with current and prospective clients about existing and upcoming projects that might benefit from their assistance, as well as overseeing their ISO 9000:2008 QMS system.

Paul Herrmann completed a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology between 1978 and 1982.
