Jovani Padron is the Director of Data Science and Analytics at Genuine Health Group, having previously held positions in analytics and business analysis at Florida Blue and UnitedHealth Group. With a background in finance, Jovani has extensive experience in providing leadership for business intelligence platforms and delivering reporting solutions to senior leadership and executives. Prior to this, Jovani worked as a Senior Business System Analyst at Independent Living Systems, LLC. Jovani holds a Master's Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Florida International University.
