Cydney Goodby

Cydney Goodby currently serves as the Interim Group Head of Internal Communications at Genuit Group, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Cydney was the Head of Internal Communications at Rivus from April 2021 to November 2023, where responsibilities included establishing the Internal Communications function and providing strategic guidance to the Executive Team. Previous experience includes serving as the Internal Communications Manager and Business Partner at Vitaflo International, where Cydney developed the internal communications strategy for both UK and global employees. Additional roles include Brand & Communications Specialist at Alfred H Knight, focusing on brand launch, and Events & Marketing Manager at Real Ale Events Ltd. Cydney holds a Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing from Oxford College of Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Liverpool John Moores University.
