Max Flores

Max Flores has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2012, they worked as a Project Manager at BlueSea Services for a few months. In 2013, they joined HP as a Technology Consultant I before transitioning to Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Test Lead - IT Developer/Engineer II. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Release Manager at National Oilwell Varco. Currently, Max is working at Genus PLC, where they started as an Agile Coach in 2021 and later became the F&O Delivery Team Lead in 2023.

Max Flores attended the University of Houston from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems. In terms of additional certifications, Max obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance in March 2020, the Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2020, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2016.
