Charles Weckel

Charles Weckel has worked in the technology industry since 1985. Charles began their career at TRW Space & Defense, ESL Division as a Senior Engineer. Charles then moved to Compression Labs Incorporated as a Senior Engineer, and then to The 3DO Company as a Senior FMV Engineer. After that, they worked at C-Cube Microsystems as a Firmware Manager and Staff Engineer. Charles then moved to BroadLogic as a Senior Staff Engineer, then to Harmonic as a Senior Staff Engineer, then to Digital Keystone as a Senior Staff Engineer and Principal Engineer. After that, they worked at RGB Networks as a Principal Engineer, and then to GoPro as a Senior Firmware Engineer. Most recently, Charles has been working at GEO Semiconductor, Inc. as a Senior Firmware Engineer since 2018.

Charles Weckel obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 1979 and 1983. Charles then went on to obtain a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical Engineering from the same institution between 1979 and 1984.
