Hui hsuan Tang

Hui hsuan Tang has a strong background in image and video processing, with experience in various roles and companies. They recently joined GEO Semiconductor, Inc. as a Field Application Engineer in 2022, where they are currently working. Before that, they worked at 聯發科 (MediaTek) as a Senior Engineer from March 2022 to July 2022, specializing in ISP pipeline and camera IQ tuning.

Prior to their role at 聯發科 (MediaTek), Hui hsuan Tang was employed at Wistron Neweb Corporation as a Principal Image Quality Engineer from July 2020 to February 2022. Here, they analyzed Sony HDR sensor characteristics and optimized overall image quality. They were also familiar with GEO's ISP and customized special color tones based on customer requirements.

In 2019, Hui hsuan Tang worked at AUO as a Senior Software Engineer, where they defined picture quality for different modes and designed MediaTek's platform OSD. They were also proficient in MediaTek's PQ tool.

From October 2016 to August 2019, Hui hsuan Tang worked at Coretronic Corporation as a Software Engineer. They were responsible for defining the specifications of projectors' optics and developed calibration tools for color temperature, white balance, gamma, and CCM using MStar's PQ tool.

Lastly, Hui hsuan Tang started their career at Avision Inc. as a DSP Engineer in January 2015 and worked there until October 2016. In this role, they maintained and optimized OakTek's DSP image processing, fine-tuned image quality, and customized new features such as image formats and special color tones.

Hui Hsuan Tang completed their Master's degree in the Institute of Applied Mathematics at National Chung Cheng University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in the Institute of Applied Mathematics from Feng Chia University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Before attending Feng Chia University, Hui Hsuan Tang briefly attended Tunghai University in 2008 and studied in the Department of Mathematics. In 2007 to 2008, they were enrolled in the Department of Applied Mathematics at I-Shou University.
