Gene McNaughton

Gene McNaughton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business growth and sales leadership. Currently serving as the President of Geobear Global since October 2020, McNaughton oversees operations in the U.S. Previously, as the President of Elite Concepts Business Growth Consulting from January 2007 to March 2021, significant achievements included implementing proven growth strategies for organizations. McNaughton also led GrowthSmart Consulting, Inc. as President from April 2014 to October 2020, focusing on efficiency and revenue growth for executive leadership teams. At Chet Holmes International, as President of the Elite Consulting Division, successful business strategies were implemented that significantly increased client sales. Earlier roles include Vice President of Sales at OneCoach and Global Vice President of Sales at Robbins Research International, as well as Director of Sales and Director of Public Sector Sales at Gateway, where substantial revenue growth was achieved. McNaughton holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Mass Communications from Morningside University.
