Chad Bowser

Chad Bowser is a seasoned Senior Developer with extensive experience in software development and consulting. Currently employed at GeoBlue since October 2005, Chad has previously contributed as a Sr. Developer at Technology Consulting, Inc., where Chad developed software for the State of Kentucky to track communicable diseases, with future plans for expansion to other states. Additional roles include contract consulting at SCS, Inc., and senior development positions at Answerthink and ICON Solutions, as well as programming at Shell Oil Company. Chad holds a Master of Science in Computer & Information Systems Management from Houston Christian University and a Master's Certificate from the University of Louisville.
