Tea Dumbadze is a seasoned professional in the field of fraud management and revenue assurance with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist at Silknet since September 2018, Tea has been integral in fraud detection and prevention strategies. Previously, Tea held various roles at Geocell, including Fraud Analyst and Risk and Control Specialist, where responsibilities ranged from analyzing unusual behaviors to collaborating with multiple departments and external partners on fraud-related projects. Tea began a career at Geocell in 2007 as a Call Center Representative, providing customer support and technical assistance. Educationally, Tea holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Georgian Technical University.
