Zaiyou Chen

Zaiyou Chen is an experienced People Operations Coordinator at GeoComply since June 2022, having previously served as a People Operations Intern. Prior experience includes a role as Training Coordinator Team Lead at FlyOver Canada, where responsibilities encompassed the coordination of the full employee training cycle and the creation of Standard Operating Procedures. Zaiyou also held positions as Training Coordinator and Guest Experience Guide at FlyOver Canada, focusing on onboarding, training, and guest service excellence. Furthermore, Zaiyou served as Office Manager at MacSailing, overseeing communication and payment processing, and as Teaching Associate at Pansophy Education Institute, where French and English were taught. Zaiyou holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UBC Sauder School of Business and completed the International Baccalaureate program.
