Heidi Thibeault

Heidi Thibeault has over 29 years of experience in business analysis and customer service roles within the waste management and recycling industry. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at Geocycle US since November 2004, Heidi is responsible for maintaining SAP pricing, creating sales orders, monitoring shipments and invoices, and managing multiple projects including plant implementations and system integrations. Prior to this, Heidi held significant positions at PSC and Waste Management, Inc., where duties included billing management, invoicing, data entry, and customer support. Heidi holds an Associate degree in Business from Henry Ford College.
