Yngve Molnes

Yngve Molnes has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Yngve currently works as a Platform Engineer at Geodata AS since 2022. Prior to this, they operated their own web services company called YNGVE MOLNES WEBTJENESTER from 2011 until now, where they focused on web design and development for small businesses.

Yngve Molnes also worked as a Software Engineer at Urban Sharing from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they were involved in software development and operations, as well as data analysis. Yngve took on the additional responsibility of being a Data Protection Officer from 2020 onwards.

Before that, Yngve Molnes was a Co-founder and Developer at WellPerfect from 2015 to 2019. While the company was still in the early stages, their main responsibilities included graphic design, UX, and web development.

Yngve Molnes also gained experience as a Developer and Sysadmin at Sky Labs AS from 2016 to 2018. Here, they worked on designing new web pages, making incremental changes to brand identity, and creating user manuals for network hardware.

Additionally, Yngve Molnes had a summer internship at Capra Consulting AS in 2018. As part of a team, they worked on UX, front-end development, and infrastructure, collaborating with other teams on different projects.

Throughout their career, Yngve Molnes has demonstrated proficiency in various tools and technologies including Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Bash, Node.js/TypeScript, Python, Ansible, Debian, BigQuery, Looker, and Apache Airflow.

Yngve Molnes completed their Bachelor's degree in Informatikk from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2016 to 2019.
