Donna Czech

Donna Czech, RN, APN, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and advanced practice. Currently serving as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Geode Health since June 2022, Donna provides direct psychiatric and mental health support in outpatient and tele-health settings. Previous roles include Advanced Practice Nurse at Behavioral Care Solutions and multiple positions as a Nurse Practitioner at EMSI and Queen of Angels School, where health education programs for students were implemented. Donna also contributed to clinical research as a Sub-Investigator at Northwestern Center for Clinical Research and began the nursing career as a Registered Nurse at St. Francis Hospital. Educational achievements include a Master’s of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University.
