Bryan Kelley

Bryan Kelley serves as Vice President of State and Local Government Account Development at GeoDecisions since March 2019, after holding the position of Senior Project Manager. Prior to GeoDecisions, Bryan worked as a Senior Data Analyst and Project Manager at SPY POND PARTNERS, LLC from July 2017 to March 2019, and as a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager at Transcend Spatial Solutions from January 2014 to June 2017. Bryan gained significant experience at the Virginia Department of Transportation, serving as RNS/GIS Program Manager and previously as GIS Manager for Transportation Planning and Cartography Manager. Earlier roles include Geospatial Project Manager at Timmons Group and providing survey office services at Resource Intl, LTD. Bryan holds a Master of Arts in Geography and a Bachelor of Science in Cartography from Ohio University, as well as a College Prep degree from Saint Ignatius High School.
