Anastasia Romain

Anastasia Romain has a range of work experience in the field of GIS (Geographic Information System). Their most recent role was as a GIS Support Consultant at GeoDigital, where they played a crucial role in customer relations during the post-implementation phase. Anastasia was responsible for solving customer challenges through the software and creating cases in Salesforce for every customer issue and interaction.

Prior to their role at GeoDigital, Anastasia worked as a GIS Product Support Specialist II at Futura Systems from 2018 to 2021. In this position, they resolved technical product-related issues for customers through various channels such as inbound calls, email, and chat. Anastasia also provided technical product support by identifying user problems, reviewing technical documentation, and guiding users through corrective steps. Additionally, they served as a liaison between the customer and other department teams, investigating and promoting the resolution of end-user issues.

Before joining Futura Systems, Anastasia worked as a GIS Engineer Technician at TIYA from 2015 to 2018. Anastasia also had experience as an Administrative Assistant at Columbus State University from 2014 to 2016.

Anastasia Romain obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Columbus State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Anastasia subsequently pursued a Master of Science degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography at the University of West Florida, completing their studies from 2017 to 2019.
