Beth Strong has a diverse work experience in various senior-level roles. Beth worked at GEODIS as the Director of Operations, where they focused on the post-acquisition process after GEODIS acquired Velocity. Beth led projects related to integrating operational and HR processes, realigning staff, and rebranding efforts. Prior to that, they served as the HR Director for Velocity Transport, responsible for hiring, training, and development of sales professionals. At Stevens Transport, Beth held the position of Director of Corporate Recruiting and Development, leading recruiting strategies and talent development initiatives. Beth also worked at EmployBridge as a Division Manager and Senior Executive Recruiter, successfully placing professionals in the manufacturing and supply chain industries. Beth's strong leadership skills and track record of delivering results make their a valuable asset in any organization.

Beth Strong, SHRM-SCP holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General from the University of North Texas. Beth also obtained the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in May 2020.
