Brandon W. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Brandon began their career as an Engineering Practicum Student at Caterpillar Inc. in 2003. Brandon then interned at Walmart in 2004, where they assisted with various projects and implemented a labor standards system change. Brandon joined Walmart as an Industrial Engineer in 2005, where they excelled in managing process improvement projects and labor management programs. Brandon was later promoted to Engineering Project Manager, where they managed process improvement and labor management programs for multiple distribution centers.
In 2008, Brandon transitioned to TZA, where they held various roles, including Senior Consultant, Project Manager, and Director of Labor Management and Process Improvement. In these positions, they led the implementation efforts of labor management programs, trained industrial engineers and consultants, and designed and implemented labor management applications.
Most recently, Brandon has been working at GEODIS. Brandon started as the Director of Workforce Measurement in 2014, where they led the labor management practice and deployed labor management software. Brandon then progressed to Senior Director and currently holds the position of Vice President of Workforce Planning and Productivity.
Throughout their career, Brandon has consistently demonstrated strong skills in labor management, process improvement, and project management.
Brandon W. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Bradley University, where they studied from 2000 to 2005.
