James Baum (Jim)

Jim Baum has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. James (Jim) is currently the Chief Financial Officer for GeoEngineers Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer for Gafcon, Inc. from 2014 to 2021, where they improved financial performance and developed growth strategies. Before that, Jim was a Principal at A3K Consulting for a brief period in 2014. James (Jim) also served as the Chief Financial Officer for LSA Associates, Inc. from 1993 to 2013, where they were responsible for finance, accounting, administration, and human resources functions. Jim's earlier roles include being the Controller at Berloger Geotechnical in 1993, the Accounting Manager at Alton Geoscience, Inc. from 1989 to 1993, and the Accounting Supervisor at Unocal from 1984 to 1989. James (Jim) began their career as an Assistant Accounting Supervisor at Avco Financial Services in 1982.
