Melinda Frost

Melinda Frost is a Senior Geospatial Developer at Geographic Information Services, Inc., since April 2010, where Melinda leads projects of various scales, providing guidance on best practices, code design, and mentoring developers. Prior to this, Melinda served as a GIS Programmer for the Baltimore County Government from November 2005 to April 2010, focusing on IT projects utilizing GIS in web and desktop applications. Melinda began their career as a GIS Analyst and Programmer at Cambridge Systematics, Inc. from May 2003 to November 2005, specializing in transportation sector applications and collaborating with modelers for GIS visualization. Melinda holds a BA in Liberal Studies with a focus on Geography from Salisbury University and an MS in Geography, specializing in GIS-Transportation from the University of Tennessee.
