Richard Falk has a diverse work experience. Richard began their career in 2012 as a Business Developer and Administrator for GMS Language Services. In 2014, they took on the roles of Content Marketing Manager and Account Manager for MatchAds. In 2017, they became Co-Founder and Partner for House Media Sverige, where they worked as a Web Analyst and Conversion Rate Optimizer. In 2019, they began working for Readly as a Web Analyst and Conversion Rate Specialist. Richard'sduties included measuring, collecting, and supplying qualitative and quantitative data for the development of marketing and user acquisition, developing and managing web/app tracking and optimization, building and running A/B tests based on identified user behavior, and data visualization and business reporting. In 2022, they became a Conversion Manager for GeoGuessr and a CRO & Performance Manager for Doktor24.
Richard Falk attended IHM Business School from 2017 to 2019, where they studied Digital Marketing & Sales Analytics. Richard also obtained an Associate's degree in Marketing & Communication from Florida Gulf Coast University between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, they obtained a Certifierad Onlinesäljare certification from IAB Sverige in October 2015.
