Rahul Chittora

Rahul Chittora has a diverse work experience beginning in 2012. Rahul started their career as a Trainee at Rajasthan State Mines & Minerals Ltd in India from December 2012 to February 2013. Rahul then served as a Treasurer at the Institute of Engineers, NIT Srinagar from November 2012 to July 2014. Rahul subsequently joined Mu Sigma Inc. as a Trainee Decision Scientist from March 2015 to May 2016. Rahul then worked at Ola as a Business Analyst from May 2016 to August 2017. Following that, they joined OYO as a Data Scientist from August 2017 to September 2019. During their time at OYO, Rahul developed a Recommendation Engine that accounted for 28% of online bookings and improved the hotel ranking algorithm, resulting in a ~10% increase in conversion. Currently, Rahul is working as the Lead Data Scientist at GeoIQ.io since September 2019.

Rahul Chittora obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Srinagar between 2010 and 2014. Rahul later pursued a Master of Technology in Computer Software Engineering from BITS Pilani Work Integrated Learning Programmes, completing it from 2020 to 2022.
