Jessica Andrew

Jessica Andrew has a diverse work experience in the industry of geology, business development, and marketing. Jessica is currently working at GeologicAI as the Head of Business Development & Marketing since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at RockMass Technologies as a Geotechnical Sales Manager from January 2021 to February 2023, and as a Technical Sales Representative from November 2020 to January 2021.

Jessica also has experience in account management, having worked at Rayonier Advanced Materials as an Account Manager for RYAM Lumber from November 2017 to December 2019, and at Tembec as an Account Manager from January 2017 to November 2017.

Jessica started their career as a Geology Summer Student at Detour Gold Corporation from May 2015 to August 2015, where they gained experience in mapping, sampling, and data analysis. Prior to that, they worked as a Jr. Field Assistant at the Ontario Geological Survey from May 2014 to August 2014, where they gained knowledge in mineral identification and key structural measurements.

Jessica also has leadership experience, having served as the President of the Queen's Geological Sciences and Geological Engineering Undergraduate Society (The Miller Club) from September 2014 to April 2016, and as the President of Women In Mining (WIM) Kingston Chapter from 2014 to 2016.

Earlier in their career, Jessica worked as an Inside Dry Sales Associate at Terra Greenhouses Limited from April 2012 to September 2013, gaining customer service and team management skills.

Jessica is a graduate of Queen's University, specializing in Geological Sciences, and was actively involved in various groups on campus, including being the President of the Geological Sciences and Geological Engineering Undergraduate Society and the President of Women In Mining (WIM) Kingston Chapter.

Jessica Andrew completed their Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences with a focus on Earth and Atmospheric Science from the University of Guelph from 2011 to 2013. Jessica then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science Specialization (B.Sc. Honours) in Geological Sciences from Queen's University, which they successfully completed from 2013 to 2016.
