Ron Roberts

Ron Roberts is an experienced sales and management professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Sales Development and Training Manager and formerly as Inside Sales Manager at Georg Fischer since November 2020, Ron has a solid foundation in sales leadership. At Grainger from August 2004 to December 2018, Ron held multiple managerial roles including Field Sales Manager, where oversight extended to teams of up to 15 outside Field Account Representatives, and Manager Territory Sales, managing 8-12 Territory Sales Representatives. Earlier positions include Assistant Branch Manager, managing teams of up to 100 employees, and Store Manager at The Good Guys, managing high-performing retail teams. Ron began career as a Team Lead at 49er Shops Inc, responsible for over 150 employees. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in History and completion of the CA Teaching Credential Program from California State University, Long Beach.
