Matthew Reabold

Matthew Reabold, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matthew started their career in the United States Marine Corps as a Captain from 1983 to 1988. Matthew then worked as a District Sales Manager at Searle Pharmaceuticals from 1988 to 1999, where they achieved challenging sales goals and implemented effective marketing strategies. Reabold briefly served as the COO at Tranquility by the Sea Dayspa in 1999. Matthew then joined GSK as a Senior Executive Sales Account Manager from 2000 to 2008, where they were responsible for developing and implementing business strategies and turning around low performing territories.

From 2008 to 2011, Reabold worked as a Director of Business Development at PPD, expanding the company's business into the biotech and small pharmaceutical market in the Southwest US. Matthew then joined AMRI as the Manager of Business Development for the Southwest US in 2011, providing lead discovery services to the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.

Reabold's next role was as the Director of Business Development at ICON plc from 2011 to 2017, where they focused on imaging and technology services. Matthew increased RFP volume and closed sales year over year while opening up new clients to these services.

Since 2017, Reabold has been working at George Clinical, initially as the Senior Director of Business Development, where they led efforts with clients in the Western US and focused on oncology, diabetes, cardiovascular, renal, CNS, and infectious diseases. Matthew then became the Head of Sales/Business Development at George Clinical US/EU, managing a team of 8 and responsible for growing the team and sales across different regions.

Matthew Reabold earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Elizabethtown College and Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Matthew then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration degree in Business Management from the University of Redlands.
